Wait for Spring with a Free Sony NGP

I'm counting the days till spring and I consider February as usually being the "exit" month for winter.  By the end of this month, even though it's still cold, winter's back is broken and the really severe stuff is over with.  It's a good time to make a to-do list for spring.

Last summer I realized there were things I should have done before it got too hot.  So I'm putting those things on my list now.  I know from experience that it's good to set a time limit for the things on your to-do list.  For example, set a date for when those lawn chairs will be painted, say by May 15.
